Henan province: corundum and refractory materials industries are prohibited from building or expanding projects and enterprises fueled by coal
Recently, Henan province published the work plan of Henan province on promoting industrial restructuring and winning the battle against pollution.

We support cities and cities directly under provincial jurisdiction to vigorously promote the integration of industries, including coke, foundry, carbon, refractories, ferroalloys and brown corundum, and accelerate the intensive development of centralized clusters.
In principle, the province prohibits the construction or expansion of new or newly added steel, electrolytic aluminum, cement, glass, traditional coal chemical industry (methanol, synthetic ammonia), coking, casting, aluminum carbon and other traditional industrial projects with excess capacity, and prohibits the construction or expansion of coal-fueled projects and enterprises in refractory materials, ceramics and other industries.
Brown corundum, ceramics, refractory materials, brick and tile kilns, foundry and other industries with high emissions shall be regulated to meet the standards. For enterprises that fail to meet the relevant standards and have no hope of upgrading, production will be stopped or production will be shut down according to laws and regulations.
