1. Dust source and other non-point source emission reduction measures

2. Measures to reduce industrial pollution.

4. Other pollution source emission reduction measures.

(1) manufacturing enterprises of automobiles, air conditioners, electromechanical equipment and other equipment with RTO treatment technology should strengthen the operation and maintenance of VOCs treatment facilities, reach the standard of emission, and minimize the emission of pollutants.

Waste incineration and hazardous medical waste incineration units should further optimize their production plans and minimize the discharge of pollutants on the basis of standard discharge.

Environmental protection departments and regional governments should strengthen supervision, give full play to the role of the "three", and resolutely shut down emissions exceeding the standard.
