95% Brown fused alumina tilting furnace 24# for bonded abrasives
DEION
Brown fused alumina,also called Brown aluminum oxide, Brown corundum, BFA, etc., is a kindly of artificial corundum, HS code: 2818101000
It is made of high-quality bauxite as main
raw material, fusing and purifying in a tilting electric arc furnace at high
temperature of over 2200°c, and then shaped into different grain size through
process of crystal, choosing, crushing, magnetic separation, air cleaning, and
screening.
Main chemical composition is Al2O3 95% Min. and small quantity of TiO2, Fe2O3, SiO2, etc. It has characteristics of high hardness, great toughness, self-sharpness and good grinding performance.
Mainly used for Bonded abrasives like cutting discs and grinding wheels and coated abrasives like sand paper, sand rolls, flap discs, etc;
also used for blasting media for etching, removing paint and preparing a surface for recoating.
Available in a variety of sizes from B12# to B220#, grit sizes meeting China GB/T stand and FEPA standard.
